Free shipping

Orders of $39 or more (before tax, after discounts) qualify for free shipping to destinations covered by our standard zone.

Standard shipping

Orders under $39 ship at our published flat rate (shown at checkout). Delivery estimates appear as 2026/07/28 (Tue) – 2026/07/30 (Thu) — currently about 3–5 business days after your order leaves our warehouse.

Processing

Most ready-to-ship styles — including mini dresses, bandage dresses, and tops from NEW and BEST SELLERS — are packed within 1–2 business days. Peak launches or The Summer / Winter Edit drops may need a little longer; we will email if anything changes.

Tracking

When your parcel ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking. Please allow the carrier a short time to activate the scan.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect packages already in transit. If a parcel is returned as undeliverable, contact us so we can help arrange a reship (extra shipping may apply).
