Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love what you ordered from Kelythora. If something is not right, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached
• Hygiene-sensitive or final-sale items marked as such at checkout are not returnable
• Sale / clearance pieces follow the return notes on the product page

How to start a return

1. Email us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and the style name (for example Celeste Mini Dress or Nyx Bandage Top)
2. We will confirm eligibility and send return instructions
3. Ship the parcel with a trackable method; keep your receipt until the refund is issued

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit. Original outbound shipping is generally non-refundable unless we made an error.

Exchanges

For a different size or color in Formal Dresses, Mini Dresses, or Tops, the fastest path is usually to return the original piece and place a new order for the style you want — especially during popular Night Out and Euro Summer drops.

Damaged or incorrect items: photograph the package and product and contact us right away so we can make it right.
